Sponsors upload proposals for their projects. Students review those proposals and submit resumes and cover letters to apply. Concept of operations
I worked across the stack — Ruby on Rails development, database design, web design, and information architecture — to turn the matching process into a workable tool: optimizing team formation around students’ schedules and preferences alongside skills and project needs, project review and application, group resource management, sponsorship approval, professor oversight, and an iLab resource library.
